Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and WiFi Life Now, LLC, which operates the brand AI Consultancy Edge (419 Luna Bella Lane, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168). AI Consultancy Edge is a brand name only; WiFi Life Now, LLC is the party that contracts and invoices. Using the site or booking a call means you accept them.

What the site is

The site describes services and lets you book a call. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a guarantee of any result. Any engagement is governed by a signed proposal or statement of work, and where that document conflicts with these terms, that document wins.

The services

• Leak audit. A fixed-fee, fixed-scope diagnostic delivered over an agreed window. The deliverable is an intake map, the cost attributed to each leak, and a priority order.
• Implementation. Quoted separately, only after an audit.
• Fees. Fixed, invoiced as stated in the proposal. Expenses are agreed in advance.
• Your side of it. You provide timely access to the people, numbers and systems the work needs. Audit timelines assume that access; delay on your side moves the date, not the fee.

What we do not promise

An audit measures and prices a leak. It does not promise a revenue outcome. Any figure shown on this site describing a client result is identified as such and is specific to that client's circumstances; your result will differ. No professional advice (legal, medical, financial, regulatory) is given, and nothing here should be relied on as such.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the work. We may describe the engagement in general terms (industry, problem, approach) but will not publish your name, figures or documents without written permission.

Intellectual property

You own your data, your systems and your documents. We own our methods, templates, maps and tooling. On final payment for an implementation, you get a perpetual licence to use what we built for you, in your business.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data; and our total liability on any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Term and termination

Either side may end an engagement on 14 days' written notice. You pay for work performed up to that date. Confidentiality, IP and liability clauses survive.

Governing law

Florida law, and the state and federal courts sitting in Florida, unless the signed proposal says otherwise.
